To expand international cooperation channels for public academic resources, the PubScholar Public Academic Platform, developed by the National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences (NSLC), officially signed a data cooperation agreement with MongoliaJOL (Mongolia Journals Online) in June 2026. Representatives from NSLC, the person in charge of MongoliaJOL, and members of the PubScholar Public Academic Platform attended the signing ceremony.
According to the agreement, MongoliaJOL will continue to provide article metadata from 15 high-quality academic journals to the PubScholar Public Academic Platform, jointly promoting the open sharing of academic resources. This collaboration with a leading academic platform in Mongolia will further enrich the resource pool of the sharing network and facilitate the broader dissemination and utilization of research outputs. Building on this data cooperation, the two parties will continue to explore further collaboration opportunities in areas such as the development of an open and intelligent scholarly ecosystem network.
As a public academic resource platform open to society as a whole, the

PubScholar Public Academic Platform has consistently upheld the principle of “consultation, co-construction, and sharing.” It works closely with research institutions, scientific communities, and science and technology information service organizations in China and abroad to actively promote the development of a shared network of open science infrastructures, continuously integrate high-quality academic resources, and reduce barriers to accessing research resources.
