She is a professor, doctoral supervisor, and Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Information at the National Science Library of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Additionally, she holds a faculty position at the School of Economics and Management, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her expertise lies in various domains, including digital resource management, intelligent data organization, analysis of science and technology innovation policy matrices, and open science governance. She has published nearly a hundred papers and established multiple digital resource platforms, supporting scientific and technological innovation, think tank research, and policy management. She has submitted special reports on topics such as open science and policy satisfaction, which have been approved by relevant leaders.
The development of open science in China requires the participation of diverse entities. It necessitates research institutions, universities, scientific federations and associations, academic groups, publishers, journals, scientific funding organizations, and the public to quickly reach a consensus and initiate practices in open science.
