Ph.D. in Management, Researcher. He is currently the director and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Library and Information Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a professor and doctoral supervisor of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
To promote open science in China, the immediate task is to promote open resources, such as promoting open publishing and preprints, open storage, open data, open infrastructure, etc. In the future, China also needs to promote the openness of the whole process of scientific research and the openness of ideas.
