He is currently an associate researcher at the Chinese Academy of Science and Technology Development Strategy, and is currently committed to promoting the informatization and intelligence of science and technology innovation policies and strategies, and his main research directions are policies and strategies for open cooperation in science and technology innovation, knowledge transfer policies and practices. He has presided over and participated in more than 40 research topics and projects, including the formulation of the central document "Several Opinions on Strengthening the Open Cooperation of Innovation Capabilities", the research on the international science and technology cooperation strategy of key countries and the research on national science and technology development planning. He received his Ph.D. in economics from the School of Statistics at Renmin University of Chinese, and has also visited and studied at Boston University, Boston Temple Children's Hospital, and the World Intellectual Property Organization. He has participated in the research and authored the flagship publication of the World Intellectual Property Organization, "Using Public Research for Innovation in the 21st Century: An International Evaluation of Knowledge Transfer Policy", "The Role of Foreign R&D Institutions in the Construction of National Innovation System", "Composite Methods and Applications of Panel Data Clustering", and published more than 20 CSSCI papers and SCI papers.
