Ph.D., doctoral supervisor, member of the National Steering Committee for Graduate Education in Library and Information Science, director of the Chinese Society of Social Sciences and Information, and director of the Department of Library and Information Science, School of Cultural Heritage and Information Management, Shanghai University. His main research areas are data management, information resource management, library management, knowledge management, etc. He has presided over 3 national social science funds and a number of provincial and ministerial projects, published 7 books, and published more than 170 academic papers at home and abroad.
Drawing on UNESCO's experience, our country should establish and improve the open science policy system, strengthen the construction of standards for open science infrastructure, develop evaluation standards and indicators for open science, and leverage the unique role of libraries in promoting open science, so as to advance the development of open science practices in our country.
