Expert Introduction

In July 2019, he entered the postdoctoral research station of geography of the Academy of Aerospace Sciences, and his co-supervisors were researchers Zhang Bing and Li Guoqing, and he won the 2019 Special Research Assistant Project Grant of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is currently the deputy director of the National Earth Observation Science Data Center and the deputy director of the National Integrated Earth Observation Data Sharing Platform, mainly engaged in remote sensing big data governance and blockchain technology research. In November 2020, he was a core contributor to the CODATA Working Group on Data Governance for Disaster Risk Research, which received the GEO SDG Awards for Earth Observation for Sustainable Development
