Born in Luoyang, Henan Province in 1957, [1] Professor and doctoral supervisor of the Department of Chinese, Peking University, director of the Linguistics Laboratory of Peking University; He enjoys the special government allowance of the State Council, is the chief expert of major national social science bidding projects, and is engaged in teaching and scientific research in phonetics.
